Cannot connect NAV 2018 Cumulative Update 6 on Android App

Dear all,

I am using NAV 2018 Cumulative Update 6.

I try to connect NAV 2018 on Windows App and it works.

I try to connect NAV 2018 on Android App with http and it works.

But, if I try to connect NAV 2018 on Android App with https, there is error "Server connection timeout occurred".

I am using self-signed certificate.

Please help. Thank you.

I don't know Android, but on iPhone you have to enable the settings under Settings > General > About > Certificate Trust Settings. Under "Enable full trust for root certificates," turn on trust for the certificate. Maybe there's a similar setting for Android.

Thank you for your reply.

There is no "Enable fill trust for root certificate" setting in Android.

About your link, I cannot find solution in there.

My problem is I cannot connect NAV in Android using https but I can connect NAV in Windows App using https.
