Hi!

We've recently installed/setup navision on the cloud through a partner and everything is working fine apart from the send to excel feature!

Our setup uses Office 365 for Office suite licenses and we have computers joined to a domain and some not. We also use navision user/password for authentication.

Now the issue is when we are exporting to excel, we are getting this error - 

I did manage to solve it for an hour or so, I updated excel/office suite, and then I was prompted with the typical prompt of opening the excel sheet from navision. 

However it stopped working again and I've found no way to make it work..

Any ideas please?

Yes, I disabled the navision add-in from Excel. That seemed to have fixed it and nobody complained.

If I understand you correctly, you have "solved" the problem by disabling the functionality and exporting to Excel is no longer available.
Or does the Export to Excel work through the Action?

Yep, I disabled the add-in from excel, however the action window of export to Excel still comes up and works fine. It was actually the plug-in causing the error.
