Error 1935 during installation of NAV5.0 SP1 on WindowsXP SP3

During NAV5.0 SP1 installation on a clean Windows XP SP3 pops up an error message. The message is as follows 1935: Windows installer could not go on because msxml6.dll is locked.

I think it is missing one of the  pre-requisite, as mentioned in the below article download Redistributable Package and install it.

I proceeded as suggested but the problem still occurs.

Just one remark. The error code is 1931 and not 1935

The software gets installed, but when I launch NAV and select the language Spanish, the following message pops-up

"The content of the field Name cannot be copied to the field name languege because the field size is not enough.

   Type: Text30 <- Text80

 ..

"

Change the "Language Name" field of the Table 388 "Dimension Translation", standard size from 30  to 80.
