Dear Experts,

In my posted sales invoice, I want to print the invoice in 5 copies with different heading. 1st invoice is "Original", 2nd invoice is "Duplicate", 3rd invoice is "Triplicate", 4th invoice is "Quadruplicate" and 5th invoice is "Extra Copy"  will come on report header.

Is there any possible in report design.? Please give me idea to develop it.

please have a look at the report 206 "Sales Invoice". Here is a DataItem CopyLoop (Integer). This will be done with every copy.

I would create an array with the different headings. Every time the DataItem (OnAfterGetRecord) is run through, get the header from the array.

Thank you for your fast reply. As per your suggestion I have changed my my code like:

IF Number > 1 THEN BEGIN

 CopyText := ' Original Copy';

 OutputNo += 1;

END;

IF Number > 2 THEN BEGIN

 CopyText := ' Duplicate Copy';

 OutputNo += 1;

END;

IF Number > 3 THEN BEGIN

 CopyText := ' Triplicate Copy';

 OutputNo += 1

END;

IF Number > 4 THEN BEGIN

 CopyText := ' Quadruplicate';

 OutputNo += 1

END;

IF Number > 5 THEN BEGIN

 CopyText := ' Extra Copy';

 OutputNo += 1

END;

My query is resolved. Thank you. Please close this thread.
