Does anyone know what documents (if any) that the lot number and expiry date will appear on.
What we intend to do is raise an order, assign the lot number and expiry date that we want to it, then print off a document to give to the warehouse that has the product details including the lot and expiry date and also ideally the customer details.
Is there any document that I can print that will tell the warehouse this information?
I don't think in standard navision there is a document which will print that information, you need to modify it. Please check the following link for how to modify it
Sorry I should have said a document that you can print from the order screen before invoicing as we want to provide the information to our warehouse - we won't have invoiced the order at this stage
I don't have a specific example but you need to do the similar kind of modification where you look at reservation entry table to filter for that sales order and line no. which will give you the Lot No.
