I have Created New User From Administrator Account in the server with super permission set and IT manager Profile Assigned , but when i try to login from client Side using new credentials i am getting following error message , Please Help me out .
Are you able to login with different credentials?
Yes . Iam able to login with different User Id And Password in the same system
Does it work by using the IP address of the server? Another reason for this problem could be related to the user password. Have you try to reset it?
I have reset the password already , still its not working and i am able to login with different user id and password .
And both the ID from which you r able to login and you are not able to login,both have save roles and permission assigned?
Are you using Windows authentication or NavUserPassword?Can you please provide the Event Viewer log? I think there are more details on that. Please check and report here the message.
If you are trying to login with Credential Type as NavUserPassword you need to set the password in the Users page under the tab Microsoft Dynamics NAV Password Authentication or if you choose Credential Type as Windows then you need to select the user under the Windows Authentication tab. By default the Credential type is Windows

I am using Microsoft Dynamics NAV Password Authentication and i cahnged password and try again ..
Check the Event Viewer on the machine where Service Tier is running (it's under Start -> Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer).
I think it's a certificate problem between client and server.
If It is client server problem how can i login with different credentials ?
