Hi, Im looking for a data dump from our NAV dynamics system just want to get the following-have no idea where to start - any ideas - tips or go tos!!
Invoice date Inv number Customer acct ref Product id (sku) Qty invoiced Sell price Cost these if possible customer order no. original order qty
It would be great to be able to export this as a csv or xls sheet so i can use excel to manipulate it?? any ideas its difficult to adjust the reporting for the rest of the business while we are trading help???
You need to write XMLPORT to get this data in excel by using Sales invoice line table.
I dont know how to do this can you suggest anyone and any fee so I can refer back to the business
There are two tables: 112 "Sales Invoice Header" and 113 "Sales Invoice Line" which contain the data you need. You can run tables from Dev environment and copy and paste the data from those tables to Excel.
Alternatively, you can try to find a standard report that would show you sales of items by customers.
You can create a button Excel Export. Follow this blog chrisdsilvablog.wordpress.com/.../exporting-record-details-to-excel-file-in-microsoft-dynamics-nav-using-excel-buffer
