Hi Community, I already have various experiences with Navision on terminal server in the last 5 years, runs actually mostly flawlessl
The customer has the following system environment:
Problem descriptionAt least 2-3 times a day different users report the following problem when printing (shitty print screens in the appendix). Translation of the error message from German to English:-)
Personal assessment / root cause
thanks for advice best regards Sascha
in server event log doesn't show any error?
This seems to be a problem which potentially can't be influenced by C/AL-code.
So it could be a combination of the system environment and your version of NAV that leads to this problem.
Do you have the default printer available in the printer list when the "Print"-button is deactivated?
Are you able to print after you did manually select the printer?
Do the users log into the terminal server using RDP? Or is it an alternative application (citrix)?
And does this problem happens for all of your reports?
