I have a situation where I am trying to connect a user with Nav. However I get the message as stated in the Subject.
First Off, Here are some facts:
This seems to be specific to the user. I would highly appreciate any suggestions as to what could be the culprit for the error. I suspect that since it seems to be user specific, maybe something is wrong with the windows user and the way is was setup by the network admin?
Go to NAVAPP server C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\80\ClientUserSettings.config and copy your "ClientUserSetting.config" file and paste it to the user in question. Then try to launch NAV from the client. See if that works.
Thank you for your reply. This helped solve the problem!
