I have a super user who is unable to post a sales credit memo. When she accesses the document, the header is almost completely non-editable. I have checked her User Setup, User account, approval user setup and just about every other thing that may be causing it and I am still at a loss.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Do you have any customizations? are you using responsibility centers?
This is not a standard behavior, so you probably have customization that does that.
