I am working in a Nav environment where access to the development client is not available. Because of this there is no way to open some pages/tables (Posted Sales Invoice Lines, Posted Purchase Invoice Lines, etc.). I'm wondering if it would be possible to create a report that runs/opens these pages from the standard desktop/web client. Is this possible? I have been trying to find information on this but have yet to find anything.
Thanks for reading!
You can view the data of the table by adding the table parameter with the number at the end and also you can run a powershell script to open the table
The powershell script might work. Unfortunately the Nav trading partner has disabled extension deployment to the liver environment unless a time has been scheduled to do so. Because of the running the object from VSC is not an option. I was really hoping to develop a report that launches the table because this is much easier for an end user.
