Hi, we use multiple currencies, on the customer list page, I can only see the currency in lcy, how do I add the original amount column? This column is visible in customer ledger entries, so I can see for example a gbp cost and also what the cost in euro is.
Hi Marley Milo,
I understand what you mean. The field that you see on customer list by default is Balance (LCY) and it is balance of customer in Local currency of our company. There is another field in the customer table called Balance. It is the balance in customer's currency. If you cannot find it in choose columns on customer list then add it on page. You can add it on customer list page even without developer license.
All the amounts fields have in LCY and the currency the transaction happened, some of these amount fields by default are not available on the page, you need to add them or sometimes you need to customize the page to add those fields.
Amount, Amount (LCY), Remaining Amount, Remaining Amount (LCY).....
