Our parent company is in Denmark, they use NAV 2018 and all locations globally are now implementing NAV 2018.
The parent company has a Danish bank which integrates beautifully with NAV 2018 for transmission of payments as well as import and matching of all transactions.
We are in the USA, and are having a lot of trouble doing the same with our bank JP Morgan Chase. It has been months working with our Microsoft partner (they are Polish) and Chase with our hopes of Host-to-Host transmissions rising and falling constantly.
Has anyone been through this sort of integration between NAV 2018 v W1 and an American bank (or even Chase specifically)>
Did the partner raise this issue to Microsoft? We may be able to assist your partner.
No, our partner is trying to force NAV to export in the proper formatting which is not going well.
We have a Denmark license, which seems to be the problem
Okay, thank you for replying.
You can employ a Data Exchange Definition to create the ACH Export file to JP Morgan. It is easy and I have done several with them. As for a full integration, Statement/ACH, you can use AMC Banking and they work with NAV 2018 and it is FREE with the first Bank. JP Morgan is there and I have connected them.
The AMC setup is easy and quick.
