When printing purchase orders an error is received. "The server "DynamicsNAV100" was unable to process the request. The application will close."
Have you done any customization to the report you are trying to print?
No Customization has been done.
Try this: Go to NAVAPP server C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\80\ClientUserSettings.config and copy your "ClientUserSetting.config" file and paste it to the user in question. Then try to launch NAV from the client. See if that works.
The same is happening on the client installed on the server VM so I do not think it will resolve the issue.
Hi, I tried this in my VM, Whether Preview or Print, there is no problem. So I think there is still a problem with the installatio.

Adding to this after Yun Zhu reply... You might consider putting a ticket into Microsoft for assistance.
I have configure a new server instance and mapped the database to this and the Retail Purchase Order printing now works just fine.
I intend to run repair for the server application and test it out.
