We have got an issue on Continia.
When a user is posting a purchase invoice on Continia, we are getting an error as per below screenshot:
1. We have already send for approval
2. Approval already set to release on purchase order
Can anyone please help.
Things that we have already look into are:
1. Approval user set up is ok
2. Workflow is ok
3. User security is ok
Are you approving in Continia or in NAV? If approving in Continia and receiving this error, you should contact their support.
Hi, I don't have a Continia environment. I think you can use About this page to check the data in the purchase header first (Approved? or Released?).
And is it possible to try to debug it? If it's not a setting or permission issue, it's probably a data issue.
