My user which I put as role Account Manager was not able to see the Sales Cr/Adj page in Navision 2018 but she can see Sales Credit Memo.
Where as for me I'm a super user, with user personalization blank, I can see the Sales Cr/Adj page, but I can't see Sales Credit Memo.
Any idea why?
Sounds very strage. You as a super use should be able to see all pages.
Are you sure you can not open the page or do you mean that it is missing in a menu ?
Hi, Since NAV 2018 is not SaaS, I think your local profiles may be different.
You can export your proflie first, and then import it to your user's client.
In addition, if only one user has this problem, you can try to reinstall his Windows Client. When I encountered strange problems such as Action not displaying before, it was solved by reinstalling.

I realize that at User Personalization, depending on what Language ID I place, The "Sales Cr/Adj" will be shown as "Sales Credit Memo" and vice versa
