About one or two times a month, my RMS POS displays and error "The system can not find the file specified" and the computer freezes up. The operating system is Windows 10 Pro. It only happens on one computer.
Hi Tom I don't think this is related to RMS. It sounds like an OS problem. If I was you i would run a full Diagnostics on the computer and do a clean install of Windows and then reinstall RMS.
Have you just updated it?
