I have a customer that we moved to a new system. They are using Worldpay. Got their EMV device working, but receipts are not printing masked CC # or authorization codes. We thought that might have been controlled by Worldpay, but they claim it's not. How do I get these things to print on their receipts?
What version of RMS is the customer using? Have all RMS service packs and hot fixes been applied? Have the receipt templates been modified at all? What plug in is being used with RMS to process credit cards or are they just using native EDC? What payment terminal is being used (make and model)? Sorry for all the questions but there are a lot of factors here that need to be looked at - I would highly suggest getting paid support from a Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner (the place where the customer purchased RMS from since this effects PCI compliance).
Kevin, they are using .2007 and it's updated as much as that build can be. We are partners, I have never ran into this issue...
