I lost one of my store's DB and there was no way for me to recover the data out of my SSD drive. So I decided to get a copy from HQ using HQ Admin - Export function.
So I have the DB backup and it is live again. But the only problem I am facing is it won't upload any data at all using 401 worksheets.
I keep getting a timeout error so I extend the connection time to an hour and HQ Server crashed.
I even delete all QS temp files still not uploading. It did upload the first couple of times and after that, it stops.
I even export the same data and restore back to a new server and it only works first couple of times and it stops.
Should I start with a new fresh DB? What are my options?
There are many possible reasons
1.) internet connection
2.) RMS is so bad that it locks every single sql transactions
3.) timestamplog in store/hq db is not present
If you know how to use the sql server profiler, you will know what causes this error for both store and hq operations. You can use custom sql server username to snapshot only the incoming events.
