this error occurred before the receipt printed. No receipt exists in the database. Anyone have an idea what caused this and how to fix it?
Hi Steven! We've had this happen with a couple of retailers using RMS and it was related to a bad network card or problem with the local area network setup/cables/hardware/SQL services being interupted.
