Connecting the Dynamics SL project accounting software and Dynamics customer relationship management (CRM) software has been a long time goal of our company. A couple of years ago, we worked with Madrona Solutions Group to build an SL-to-CRM Connector that integrates Dynamics SL with CRM accounts and contacts. This add-on is called the  Connection Manager.

Recently, I have been working on extending the functionality of the Connection Manager to include project and sales order information. I am optimistic about the Software Development Kit that Microsoft has provided and will be sharing my progress in future posts.
