Work or School Accounts now Enabled in Community

On 5/12/19, Microsoft Work or School accounts were enabled in Dynamics 365 Communities, along with the existing MSA login functionality.

Note: We are in the midst of resolving post-deployment issues, and if you have any problems, please send an email to dlcommed@microsoft.com

Once all issues are resolved, this page will display instructions for migrating a community profile from one login to another, or for merging two community accounts into one.

In the meantime, we recommend the following for login issues:

1. Use incognito/inprivate browser sessions

2. Clear browser cache/cookies

3. Try another browser (Edge seems to work better)

4. Try another MSA login if that is an option (temporary workaround)
