Not able to add a New Worker Benefit Plan

Hi
 
I am not able to add a new worker benefit plan in D365 Human Resources Core.
The New button is disabled

    You need below security to add or manage benefits plan.

    Hi,
    Would you possibly be able to confirm which role/permission is required.
    I currently have the Compensation and Benefits Manager role assigned to my user.

    Hi, please ensure that you have the necessary permissions to create worker benefit plans.  Maybe you can check if there is any customization or restriction that prevents the creating worker benefit plans.
