Can't see the segment in the journey anymore

Hi,

I cannot see which segment I selected in a realtime-journey that I stopped. The weird thing is that this only occurs to some of the journeys, not all.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I see, it was an Outbound Marketing segment. Any estimation how long the fix will take?

    Hello -
Does this journey use an outbound segment?
This is a known issue where the Outbound Marketing segment that is used in a Real Time Journey loses that connection -
This is because we create an export of the OBM segment in Real Time that gets deleted once the journey that is using it, ends.
We are working on a solution for this and will revert back here.

In the meantime, a workaround for this is to create a long living dummy journey that uses the OBM segment so that we do not lose the RTM export for that segment and it works for all journeys.
