Goood Morning, Milwaukee WI CRM members!

I am new to this community, so I hope my question is appropriate for the audience.

I am in search of hiring a CRM Administrator, and wondering if anyone here has recommendations on getting the word out to a group like this, that has existing professionals that may be looking for work?

LinkedIn and other avenues, have had limited results, but I suspect this is due to overall industry talent acquisition struggles?

@Kpietschman I just noticed this and realized is was asked months ago. I think you are on the right track the issue here is likely the talent acquisition struggle because we have had our best luck direct recruiting via LinkedIn.

That said, in this market, I have found using a recruiting agency, like Robert Half and doing contracts to hire has been helpful. If your company is like mine our IT recruiting efforts are more passive while the agencies are more active and have existing resources pools.

There is a cost to this (i.e. higher hourly rates and conversation fees) but there is also a value to getting resources much faster.
