Hi , I wanted to know, how can we configure the AUTO Rejection Approval in the Workflow, if My condition says that if the Required Financial Dimension Value is not present in the system then that will be forwarded for the AUTO REJECTION.
This is how I designed my workflow for the 22 condition, now for the department Value which is not the part of workflow condition, I need to make it auto rejection.
Thanks for the clarification. I understand your scenario now. Can you tell us how you currently have designed the workflow for the 22 known values? Is this one participant provider or do you have multiple conditions in the workflow? Probably a screenshot can also help understanding the current setup.
For an example there is Financial Dimension as Cost Centre, which have 25 Values, but the Workflow is configured only for the 22 Values (as per the Business), then for remaining 3 there is no condition in the workflow, now business says that for these 3 or might be any random value, it will go for the AUTO-REJECTION so thinking how this can be configured in the standard workflow.
Can you help me with the condition for these kind of scenario ???
Can you elaborate on the dimension value not present in the system? I do assume a user would not be able to provide an incorrect value before submitting a document to the workflow.
If you want to enable an automatic rejection, you can do that on the approval element and setup automatic actions. Then you can specify a condition and the action to take based on that condition (reject or approve).
