We recently upgraded to Office 365 Cloud based and GP 18.6.1695 on Windows server 2012. We used to send e-mail from GP using Mapi, which we now need to use Exchange. The System Preferences are set as follows: SharePT URl: outlook.office364.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx , Server set to Exchange.
When I try to send an invoice out via e-mail, I receive the message: *Invalid E-mail address.
I don't seem to get an authentication for my e-mail.
Not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions would be helpful.
