We are trying to upgrade a sandbox. First we got this error /Error: Update failed with an internal error FirstPartyUpgradeLogic and is being investigated./ and now we get this error /Error: Update failed with an internal error./
How am I supposed to determine the cause of this internal error?
Thanks @YUN ZHU! When these issues occur, does Microsoft push back the date that we are required to upgrade our Prod environment by? Wondering, because of this we are losing testing time in Sandboxes. We have a lot of ISVs and customizations so we have a lot of testing to do. This is our first major release since going on BC.
