What is Item Application Entry table?

Hello! Am I correct in understanding that if I want to track all movements of my product, I can see this in the Item Application Entry? For example, I purchased a product, then transported it to one warehouse, then to another, then sold it, then it was returned to me, and then sold again. Will all these movements be recorded in the Item Application Entry?

By reconstructing this entire chain, can one identify and find the initial supplier of the product? And are there separate tables that store information about product returns?

What is Item Application Entry table?
This table links the Positive and Negative Item Ledger Entries>
    For example:
You buy and item 10 pieces - Entry A
You transfer them  from Location1 to Location 2. This creates Entries B (negative on Location 1) and C (positive on Location2).

Item application table would have a link that Entry B was applied to Entry A.
The Entry C would have no link to A or B, so You cannot really track the whole chain.

For specific tracking You should use LOT tracking, that way You could find which Lot was purchased from which Supplier. If those are individual pieces of items, You can also track Serial Numbers.
