I have read and researched all options on setting up aging period definitions. However, when I attempt to implement AX 2012 continues to give me errors about the Unit value. It states the value must be less than zero. However, based on attached white paper from MS they clearly recommend inputting a row with a value above zero.
Can someone tell me how to setup a period aging definition exactly like the picture attached?
To insert the first positive interval, place the pointer on the 0 (zero) line and press the DOWN ARROW key.
This will allow you to progress
Hi,
Click Accounts receivable > Setup > Collections > Aging period definitions/ Click Accounts payable > Setup > Statistics > Aging period definitions.
"0" is mandatory to start Configuring Aging period definations. Select the printing direction for the aging period definition. This selection determines the order in which the columns appear on the Customer aging report or the Vendor aging report. There are two options 1. Forward – Print columns in the same order in which the headings appear in the table, starting with the top row. 2. Backward – Print columns in the reverse order in which the headings appear in the table, starting with the bottom row.
Hope this helps!
