Products are not shown up on Employee services portal in Order page under the procurement categories

 

I have already setup the procurement categories with products and also setup the policies related to this but only categories are appeared on Order page with no product.

 

Can anyone help me out in this regards..?

Hi!

Unfortunately no solution but same issue here. Everything worked fine in AX 2012, but issues appeared in AX 2012 R2. At the same time AX full client forms work correctly and items can be selected for procurement. Maybe it is an error in R2 release?

Any ideas?

I have no solution, just wanted to report I am experiencing the same issue here. Did you find any solution?

You may carry th action of "Procurement and sourcing>Periodic>Employee service>Synchornize product search data". After finish this I can see products in my employee self-service site.
