Has anybody has experience with calling AX web service from Java? If we use nettcp adapter, we got the exception "Unsupported endpoint address: net.tcp://". if we use http adapter, the service use windows authentication. How do we get rid of the security? Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. Is it possible to turn off the windows authentication for the AIF service? Is it configured in IIS?

No, you can't just turn off any part of authentication, but AX offers enough to implement your requirements (claims users, trusted intermediaries etc.).
Consult Services and AIF security and protection to get more information about the authentication. IIS is indeed one part of the solution, but not the only one.
