I've created a Retail statement for my store and posted it using "Date and time" after that I tried to make some transaction in the POS and run P-job and post statement, the transactions are existed in the Retail transaction screen in HQ but if I calculated the new statement using Shift closing method no lines added to statement but if I used date and time the lines added successfully to statement !!!
my question is
Does Ax refuse to calculate statement based on shift closing method if I used date and time method previously ?
Run N Job to sync. Stores Data to POS so it knows profile is changed
Close Shift in POS
Also I do recommend to be on Latest CU from Microsoft
