In November 2012, we had notified you that Microsoft will discontinue offering Internet Lead Capture as part of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online effective February 15, 2013. This communication is to inform you that as notified, Internet Lead Capture offering has been discontinued as of February 15, 2013. At the same time, we have received feedback from multiple customers requesting additional time to transition off Internet Lead Capture. As such, we are extending access to the service through end of March 30, 2013 to existing users. During this extended period, customers will be able to access the service but will receive no support for any issues stemming from their use of the service.
If you are continuing to use Internet Lead Capture functionality, please ensure you turn off related landing pages before March 30, 2013. After March 30, 2013, when access to the service is shut down, any leads that have accumulated will be deleted. Prior to this, you must import any leads that have accumulated from active landing pages.
If you have not identified an alternate solution to Internet Lead Capture, we recommend you consult with the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace for similar lead capturing services provided by several of our Microsoft partners. Your Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner can also be a good source to assist with evaluating your needs. Please keep in mind that there may be costs associated with these alternative solutions and services.
