Mail Merge too slow

Hi All,

We've been experiencing a very very slow mail merging to word when data is coming CRM for outlook but when the data comes from a web browser, mail merging is too fast.

any idea why is this happening?

    I've got the solution. after i select the print and mail merge in outlook, there's a pop up window appears and needs to be clicked before proceeding to mail merge. it so happen that the pop-up window is very unnoticeable.

    Have you noticed any other connectivity issues with CRM for Outlook itself?
