We are having issues getting users adopted to emailing from within CRM they still prefer to use the Outlook interface. This is ok but they then cannot be bothered to set-up the contact in crm and then link the email to that contact as well as the opportunity. The questions i am being asked are;
Can internal contacts be made vailable within CRM?
Can you attach signature blocks?
I would appreciate any comments
It sounds like you should consider using CRM for Outlook client for your users?
User gets access to the CRM Contact which is added to Outlook's ADB.
They also have a simple way to track email conversations, Contacts etc etc to CRM.
We do use this already but it is not great when a contact does not exist in CRM and you send them an email and track it against the opportunity. We were thinking if they emailed direct from CRM we could overscome this. I am now thinking emailing from outlook is best we just need a slick way of craeting new contacts in CRM from emails. Thanks
