We have the CRM Outlook Client.
I'd like to customise the tabs in the ribbon so that users can quickly create a Campaign Response.
I explored adding all the buttons in the Ribbon available for Campaign Response (All Commands), there were many and all appeared greyed-out in Outlook.
Any pointers to get this working? I'd basically like a link create a Campaign Response in the Home tab of Outlook.

Thanks for this. I can add Tabs and Commands my issue is that when I select a Command made available from CRM. It appears greyed out in the Ribbon after I have made the customisation.
Did you activate your office? and which version of office you are using?
