I have installed MSCRM 2013 and after I have installed SP1 (KB2941390). After restarting the server and open the MSCRM 2013, I am still unable to see "Service management" Ribbon button on Settings menu and also I am not seeing "Apply Routing Rule" from Cases.
you can enable these features by installing the product updates, in Settings > Administration > Install Product Updates
I figured out, Settings-->Administration--> Install Product Updates
