Is deep Patching not possible in Business Central?

I would like to go over the scenario first with you. We have created an API page for /Extended Text Header/ and a ListPart page for /Extended Text Line/ & added it as a Part of the API page to perform CRUD operation using API.

We have used all primary keys to GET the data of Header and Line & it is working extremely fine with the GET method.

While using a POST method to insert data. I have used the below request body to insert the data but the system gives an error that /Extended Text Header does not exist/

After checking some blogs I have found the use of systemid to link both pages. Now that solution is working for POST but not for GET :(

Now the big question remains the same how PATCH Method be used here? When we are working with nested tables those tables have multiple primary keys.

Anyone can suggest.

Your help will be much appreciated :)
