I have submitted timesheet for one of the employee and post posting the voucher amount is showing as zero. This is happening only for a single employee. For all others it is working as expecting.
Employee hours are filled in. We checked with other employees but did not find a significant difference other than the heads under which the hours are booked. I am sure there must be a small thing that we might be missing but not sure what that is. Looking for some guidance.
You can try to make sure the employee has hours or expenses in their timesheet. If there are no fees or hours worked, the amount may appear as zero. Or you can compare the employee with other employees to see if there are any differences in the settings that lead to this situation.
