Embedded image appears as red cross in SSRS report

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to add an image in SSRS report. it is a static image which needs to be displayed in the bottom of the report. I have uploaded the image in the report image field (Embedded image and uploaded) but it comes as red cross when we print the report. Can some one help with it please. I have added images in another reports in the same way and it worked. what could be the reason with this particular report ? the image type is JPEG.

Hi,

Make sure picture properties, such as size and resolution, are compatible with SSRS. Sometimes, large or high-resolution pictures can cause problems. Or you can try to clear the cache of your browser or SSRS server to see if the problem still exists.
