User Account - dates displaying in US format

Posted on by 210
Hi,

I have a user in D365 F&O whose dates are all showing in US Format.

User Option preferences are all set to UK
User logged into my Windows Laptop with her D365 account - same issue
User tested in a test environment - same issue
Reset user Data - same issue

Any idea where its pulling this date format from.

Thanks in advanced

    Hi Andre,

Thanks for reply. I have tried changing date format to a different country and back to UK - but same issue.

I will test deleting the user account in a TEST environment and re-creating to see if that helps.

The issue is not just one user from the entity is affected. There are multiple users from the same entity.

    Thanks

    Hi Isaac,

You can try to delete and recreate the user account, but that can have an impact on e.g. configured batch jobs for this user. Have you tried changing the Date, Time and number format to a complete different country and after an hour or so revert back to UK?

    Hi,

As per my original query I have tried and checked all aread from your replies. I have outlined my troubleshooting steps below

User Option preferences are all set to UK
User logged into my Windows Laptop with her D365 account - same issue
User tested in a test environment - same issue
Reset user Data - same issue

Only option is perhaps to delete and re-create the user account.

    Hi,

Did you check the user preferences? Did you set Date, time and number format?

    Thanks,
