Hi,

Is your FO system on-premises or in the cloud? If it is deployed on-premises, you can directly ask your IT colleagues for the specific OS version and SQL version. If it is cloud deployment, Microsoft's official documentation does not make this clear, you need to contact Microsoft support for their help.
