Hi all,

Currently, I've generated a Sales Order (SO) and submitted it into the workflow, opting for /Reject/. Ordinarily, this action should trigger the standard behavior of setting the SO Workflow status to /Rejected/ and closing the submitting for SO.

However, in my case, upon clicking /Reject/, and check the workflow histories the action = Return means it generates a return (create) for me to resubmit. Yet, when I attempt to click /Submit/ again, the button remains greyed out.

I urgently need assistance in understanding why this anomaly occurred.

I have exactly the same issue on a manual supplier invoice workflow. Reject doesn't end the workflow, but assigns back to me as a Return.

Installed product version : 10.0.39 Installed platform version : Update63
