Hello,

Is there anything in Business Central that handles purchase set relationships? For example, if we need to buy one item but must always include another related item, how can the system automatically add that additional item to the purchase?

Hello,

Business Central has no built-in feature that auto-adds a second “required” item when you enter a purchase item.

Recurring Purchase Lines exist, but they must be manually inserted or vendor-triggered, not item-triggered.

If you need true “Item A → automatically add Item B” behavior, you must create a small AL extension.

Hi, You can try Assembly BOM, and then select Explode BOM in Order. This will automatically add all items in the Bom.
