We had lunched 3 online stores using D365 F&O last quarter. My client needs to be able to track delivery charges on different addresses.
I know how to setup auto charges but the requirement is to the website users to don't be able to see the charge only needs to come off the cost of sale for tracking purposes.
Would be a bonus if we could set up this cost charges and be able to pull a report for analyses.
An option you might consider is activating the 'keyinprice' property to override prices. This would allow you to conceal charges from customers if needed. While this might not be a standard feature (please correct me if I'm mistaken), internally tracking delivery charges could be managed by creating an extensibility table.
Your thoughts on this matter are welcome. Please feel free to correct me or offer additional insights.
Hi @shafeeque, no that do not helps because it will still show up on the website the pro rated charges. I only want to track this charges internally by making it part of the sales price and invisible for the costumer.
