"Error SQL71626: SQL CERTIFICATE " while exporting data from Tier 1

/ ***Error exporting database : one or more unsupported elements were found in the schema used as a part of data package.
/Error SQL71626: SQL CERTIFICATE ------- is not support in microsoft azure sql v12/  
I got this error while exporting data from Tier 1( cloud hosted environment )
through Powershell.
 
AxDB.bacpac  file is generated in the Temp folder but as you can see in below image 
 
after validating schema those error occured and then file is generated.

    Try to execute this sql code and redo
    -----Drop Keys and Certificate----------------------
    
    DROP SYMMETRIC KEY SymmetricKeyName;  
    GO
    DROP CERTIFICATE ISFCertificate  
    go
    DROP MASTER KEY
    Go
