Hi Guys!
We would like to have a special emballage item related to other regular items. Like if I put item 001 on the line, item EMB1 appears.
Is there any function like this in BC, without an add-on?

    Hello,
     
    BC has no standard function that automatically inserts a second item (EMB1) when another item (001) is entered.
    Substitutions, cross-sell, accessories, item references, etc. only suggest, they don’t auto-add lines.
     
    If you want this behavior, you need either:
     
    a tiny AL extension (very common), or
     
    define EMB1 in an Assembly BOM (only works if it’s a real component consumed with the item).
