    Hi,
Do you have access to the power apps? Are all tables not visible, or just these?

    Hi,
You can check these tables in the Power Apps.
msdyn_ocliveworkitem --Conversation(tracks the interaction between the agents and customer)
msdyn_ocliveworkitemcharacteristic --ConversationCharacteristic(Characteristic associated to Omnichannel conversation)
msdyn_ocliveworkitemsentiment --Conversation Sentiment(Stores the machine learning generated customer sentiment of the communication between the user and the customer)
Open one table, and check Relationships:
    Conversation has one-to-many relationship with
    Conversation Characteristic and
    Conversation Sentiment.
The same steps check that there is no relationship between the last two tables.
I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
