I am trying to create a new inspection template in Field Service. I am assigned as the Field Service - Administrator, I have access to the inspection in my security role, and I can view active templates page in my settings (currently none have been created by our organization.) However, I have no option to create a new inspection. I'm assuming some security setting that I have missed, any recommendations?
Then, you can contact your system administrator to modify the relevant rules using the Ribbon Workbench.
